Hints for Using the TIP Window

• Move the TIP panel on your desktop using the

bar on the right.

• Customizing — Select

Tools>Options... from the TIP window

to customize many features in the TIP.

your Journal Notes

color, and/or titles to

arrange information

documents, convert

handwriting to text

CREATING

ORMS AND

EDITING THEM

IN WINDOWS

OURNAL

You can create forms from your documents by creating a Journal template

from the “Print” command. You can then write on this “form” with digital

ink during a presentation or editing and e-mail it to others to read your

annotations.

1. Open Windows Journal from Start>All Programs>Tablet PC.

2. Create or open the desired document on your Tablet PC in the appli-

cation of your choice.

3. Tap Print.

4. Select the Journal Note Writer as the printer.

5. Tap Print.

6. On the Save As screen, type in a name for the document.
